We have an Agent Guarantee that reassures you that we will not list your referral. If we inadvertently sell it then you are made whole 100% per the Guarantee.
Simply put, we value our relationship with Real Estate Agents and we do not want to jeopardize that relationship. Rather than just talk about it, we put it in writing. We pay up to 50% referral fees to those who refer clients that sign up for our full-service property management program.* Real Estate Agents that show a client the property that the client leases with Park Avenue Properties receive a referral fee equal to 10% of one full month's rent.
